This blog post will outline the theory of funneling, then practical applications of it. The ConceptLet's visualize an abstract situation where the base is a square of buildings. You deploy the troops from the top. The goal: to have as many troops converge on the middle red dot (the core of the base) as quickly as possible. What should we do? Let's look at a few examples of what may happen if we drop the troops in different ways without funneling. Note: Blue dots represent troop deployment location; skulls represent where troops die; arrows represent troop movements (formally called pathing)
So, what makes a good funnel?

Hi, I'm MasterDaimen.I'm the leader and attack tutor (TH 7-10) of Builder-X. As a three star specialist myself, I love breaking down bases to analyze them for their weaknesses, developing a custom strategy to each base to maximize the chance of a 3 star. I love helping others improve, and have tutored multiple members in the past. Let me know if you have any questions! ArchivesCategories |
